Product Information and Presentation

We aim to present makeup brush titles, descriptions, photographs, dimensions, material details and included set contents as accurately as reasonably possible.

Digital displays and photography can alter perceived colors; limited normal variation in fiber appearance, handle finish or package presentation may occur. Product-specific information on the listing controls the options actually being purchased.

Order Acceptance & Availability

An order may be reviewed for payment authorization, inventory, address accuracy, fraud risk and legal eligibility. An automated confirmation of receipt does not necessarily remove the need for reasonable verification.

Where permitted by law, we may decline or cancel an order affected by unavailable inventory, pricing errors, payment failure, suspected misuse or unlawful activity. We will address any charged amount in accordance with applicable requirements.

Pricing and Payment Obligations

The currency, product subtotal, shipping cost, applicable taxes, discounts and final total are shown during checkout. Customers must use a payment method they are authorized to use.

A card issuer or other payment provider may impose separate foreign-exchange fees or authorize a temporary hold. Those charges and processing timelines are set by the provider.

Shipping and Arrival Estimates

Orders are ordinarily prepared within 1–2 business days and United States shipments are estimated to arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are separate periods and are not guarantees of a fixed arrival date.

Returns, Refunds and Order Changes

Eligible purchases may be submitted for return within 30 calendar days following delivery, subject to product condition and the published returns procedure.

For changes or cancellations, we ask customers to contact us within 12 hours after purchase. Fulfillment progress can make a change impossible. Please consult our Return & Refund Policy for the complete rules.

Sales, Discounts and Promotions

Special offers may be limited by duration, eligibility, items, quantity or minimum order value. Such conditions will be described when the promotion is presented.
